orders & payments
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
order confirmation
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it merely confirms that we have received it. Order acceptance occurs when we ship the product(s).
order cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
payment processing
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping fees.
pricing & taxes
All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise specified. We strive to ensure accurate pricing, but errors may occasionally occur.
- price changes: We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already placed.
- taxes: Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations.
- customs duties: For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country. These fees are your responsibility.

We ship worldwide from our studio in Accra, Ghana. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless otherwise specified.

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

shipping fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $150.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier delays, or events beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
returns & exchanges
We want you to love your OJ || studios pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy.
- 10-day return window: Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery
- condition: Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging
- proof of purchase: Order number or receipt required
- return shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping unless item is defective
